Fix broken protocol in MISCONF error, RM_Yield bugs, RM_Call(EVAL) OOM check bug, and new RM_Call checks. (#10786) * Fix broken protocol when redis can't persist to RDB (general commands, not modules), excessive newline. regression of #10372 (7.0 RC3) * Fix broken protocol when Redis can't persist to AOF (modules and scripts), missing newline. * Fix bug in OOM check of EVAL scripts called from RM_Call. set the cached OOM state for scripts before executing module commands too, so that it can serve scripts that are executed by modules. i.e. in the past EVAL executed by RM_Call could have either falsely fail or falsely succeeded because of a wrong cached OOM state flag. * Fix bugs with RM_Yield: 1. SHUTDOWN should only accept the NOSAVE mode 2. Avoid eviction during yield command processing. 3. Avoid processing master client commands while yielding from another client * Add new two more checks to RM_Call script mode. 1. READONLY You can't write against a read only replica 2. MASTERDOWN Link with MASTER is down and `replica-serve-stale-data` is set to `no` * Add new RM_Call flag to let redis automatically refuse `deny-oom` commands while over the memory limit. * Add tests to cover various errors from Scripts, Modules, Modules calling scripts, and Modules calling commands in script mode. Add tests: * Looks like the MISCONF error was completely uncovered by the tests, add tests for it, including from scripts, and modules * Add tests for NOREPLICAS from scripts * Add tests for the various errors in module RM_Call, including RM_Call that calls EVAL, and RM_call in "eval mode". that includes: NOREPLICAS, READONLY, MASTERDOWN, MISCONF

Some people complain that QUIT is missing from help/command table. Not appearing in COMMAND command, command stats, ACL, etc. and instead, there's a hack in processCommand with a comment that looks outdated. Note that it is [documented](https://redis.io/commands/quit) At the same time, HOST: and POST are there in the command table although these are not real commands. They would appear in the COMMAND command, and even in commandstats. Other changes: 1. Initialize the static logged_time static var in securityWarningCommand 2. add `no-auth` flag to RESET so it can always be executed.

The LRU of the key is not touched. Locically expired keys are logically not existing, so they're treated as such.

* Introduce a new API's: RM_GetContextFlagsAll, and RM_GetKeyspaceNotificationFlagsAll that will return the full flags mask of each feature. The module writer can check base on this value if the Flags he needs are supported or not. * For each flag, introduce a new value on redismodule.h, this value represents the LAST value and should be there as a reminder to update it when a new value is added, also it will be used in the code to calculate the full flags mask (assuming flags are incrementally increasing). In addition, stated that the module writer should not use the LAST flag directly and he should use the GetFlagAll API's. * Introduce a new API: RM_IsSubEventSupported, that returns for a given event and subevent, whether or not the subevent supported. * Introduce a new macro RMAPI_FUNC_SUPPORTED(func) that returns whether or not a function API is supported by comparing it to NULL. * Introduce a new API: int RM_GetServerVersion();, that will return the current Redis version in the format 0x00MMmmpp; e.g. 0x00060008; * Changed unstable version from 999.999.999 to 255.255.255 Co-authored-by:

The main motivation here is to provide a way for modules to create a single, global context that can be used for logging. Currently, it is possible to obtain a thread-safe context that is not attached to any blocked client by using `RM_GetThreadSafeContext`. However, the attached context is not linked to the module identity so log messages produced are not tagged with the module name. Ideally we'd fix this in `RM_GetThreadSafeContext` itself but as it doesn't accept the current context as an argument there's no way to do that in a backwards compatible manner.

This bug affected RM_StringToLongDouble and HINCRBYFLOAT. I added tests for both cases. Main changes: 1. Fixed string2ld to fail if string contains \0 in the middle 2. Use string2ld in getLongDoubleFromObject - No point of having duplicated code here The two changes above broke RM_SaveLongDouble/RM_LoadLongDouble because the long double string was saved with length+1 (An innocent mistake, but it's actually a bug - The length passed to RM_SaveLongDouble should not include the last \0).

- the API name was odd, separated to two apis one for LRU and one for LFU - the LRU idle time was in 1 second resolution, which might be ok for RDB and RESTORE, but i think modules may need higher resolution - adding tests for LFU and for handling maxmemory policy mismatch

Adding a test for coverage for RM_Call in a new "misc" unit to be used for various short simple tests also solves compilation warnings in redismodule.h and fork.c
